How it works
- Join with your name and email. We send you a confirmation link. Click it and your personal link is ready.
- Introduce someone. Send the ready message, show the QR card, or just tell them to say your name. Nothing else to fill in.
- Receive a quarterly statement. When an introduced person becomes a paying client, you receive 10% of the net revenue we earn from them during the 12 months after their first payment. Paid every quarter.

Net revenue means fees actually paid to us, excluding VAT, state fees and third-party costs. The 12% rate applies from your fifth introduced client's first payment on, the 15% rate from your eleventh's. Figures as at 2026, in EUR.
You introduce a founder who relocates to Bulgaria and pays us EUR 4,000 net during the year. Your statement shows EUR 400. From your fifth introduced client's first payment on, payments are counted at 12%.

What the introduced person receives
A direct, personal welcome and a first conversation with a partner. We never tell them to expect a result, and we never share your conversations with them, or theirs with you.

Do I need an account?
No. Your email and the confirmation link are enough. You can request a fresh link to your page at any time.
Can I take part through my company?
Yes. When you join, tick "I introduce on behalf of a company" and give the company's name and registration number. The company is then the participant and invoices us for the intermediary fee.
What if my contact does not use my link?
They can type your name or your code in the field "Who introduced you?" on any of our forms, or simply mention you when they call. Our team asks every new client how they heard about us.
Can I tell you about someone before they contact you?
Yes. On your page you can introduce a person by name and email, if you have their permission. We send them one short message. The introduction stays valid for 90 days.
What will I learn about my introduced clients?
Only your own numbers: the period, the base, the rate and the amount. We never share what a client asked us or what we did for them. Attorney-client confidentiality is unconditional and has no time limit (Art. 45 Attorneys Act).
Who is excluded?
Existing clients of the firm, yourself and companies you own or control, and persons who contacted us before your introduction.
How and when am I paid?
Quarterly. Within 30 days after the quarter ends you receive a statement; companies then invoice us and we pay within 14 days; private individuals are paid within 14 days of the statement, once the amount reaches EUR 50. For private individuals we withhold any tax Bulgarian law requires, issue the income certificate the law requires and confirm the amount with you before each transfer.
Is this a share of your legal fee?
No. It is a separate intermediary fee set by the Programme Terms, as Art. 41(4) of the Attorneys Act requires. It does not change what the client pays.
Can I stop?
At any time, with one email. Amounts already earned are paid out.
