The programme is run by Dimitrova, Cholakov & Partners Law Firm (Innovires Legal), UIC 204566706, 25 Vitosha Blvd., fl. 2, Sofia, Bulgaria (we, us). Contact: [email protected].
2.1. Under Art. 41 of the Bulgarian Attorneys Act (as amended, State Gazette No. 17/2026), an attorney and a law firm may contact prospective clients through an intermediary. By joining, you act as such an intermediary for us.
2.2. Your remuneration is a separate intermediary fee determined by these Terms (Art. 41(4) Attorneys Act). It is not a share of any attorney's fee, it is not paid from client funds, and it does not change what any client pays us.
2.3. Joining creates no employment, agency or partnership relationship, and no exclusivity in either direction.
3.1. Any natural person of full age and any legal entity. Our employees and their close relatives, and persons we have previously excluded from the programme, cannot join.
3.2. We may decline or end participation at any time where these Terms or professional rules require it.
4.1. You join by entering your name and email (and, if you wish, a phone number) on the programme page, accepting these Terms and clicking the confirmation link we send you. No account or password is created.
4.2. On confirmation you receive a personal introduction code and link. Both are yours to share privately. We record the version of the Terms you accepted, the time and the IP address.
4.3. If you join on behalf of a company, you give its name and registration number. The company is then the participant: you confirm that you may act for it, and the company invoices us under 7.5. To change these details later, write to [email protected].
5.1. An introduced person is recognised as yours when, at the time of their first inquiry to us, one of the following applies: (a) they contacted us through your link or entered your code; (b) they named you as the person who introduced them, in a form, an email or a call; (c) you introduced them to us in advance, with their permission, through your page, and they contacted us within 90 days; or (d) a partner of the firm recorded the introduction manually with a stated reason. An introduction made before you joined is recognised only if the introduced person's first inquiry was within 90 days before you joined; only payments received after you joined count.
5.2. If more than one of these points to different people, the person named by the introduced person prevails; otherwise an advance introduction prevails over a link. The source is fixed at the first inquiry and is changed afterwards only by a partner of the firm, with a recorded reason.
5.3. The following are not recognised: persons or companies that were already our clients or had contacted us before; you, companies you own or control, and your employees; repeat submissions by the same person; introductions obtained by advertising, coupon or affiliate sites, mass messaging, or by paying or rewarding the introduced person.
5.4. Every introduction is confirmed by a person at the firm. A click on a link is not an introduction.
6.1. You introduce only people you know, in a private, truthful and dignified way. You do not promise results, fees or timelines on our behalf, and you do not compare us with other lawyers.
6.2. After the first contact between the introduced person and us, you do not take part in the relationship (Art. 41(2)(1) Attorneys Act). You will not receive, and must not ask for, any confidential information about the client or the matter (Art. 41(2)(2)). Your interest must never prevail over the client's (Art. 41(2)(3)).
6.3. When you pass on someone's contact details, you confirm that they agreed to it. You do not send unsolicited commercial messages in our name.
7.1. For each recognised introduced person who becomes our paying client, you receive 10% of the net revenue we actually receive from that client during the 12 months after their first payment.
7.2. The rate is 12% on payments received once your fifth recognised client has made a first payment (that payment included), and 15% once your eleventh has. The higher rate applies to payments received from that moment on, not retroactively.
7.3. Net revenue means fees actually paid to us for our own services, excluding VAT, state and court fees, notary and registry costs and any other third-party costs we re-invoice. Refunded amounts are deducted from the next statement.
7.4. We issue a statement for each calendar quarter within 30 days after its end, showing the period, the base, the rate and the amount. Amounts below EUR 50 are carried over to the next statement.
7.5. Payment: a company issues us an invoice for intermediation services on the basis of the statement, payable within 14 days. A private individual is paid within 14 days of the statement: we withhold any tax that Bulgarian law requires us to withhold, issue the income certificate the law requires and transfer the net amount. Whether tax is withheld, and how much, depends on your tax residence, on when the payment is made and on your circumstances; we confirm the treatment with you before the first payment and the amount before each transfer. You are responsible for any further tax obligations in your country of residence.
7.6. Figures and rates are as at 2026 and in EUR.
8.1. Attorney-client confidentiality is unconditional and has no time limit (Art. 45 Attorneys Act). You will never learn what an introduced person asked us or what we did for them.
8.2. Your statement shows aggregated amounts for the period. We may confirm that a specific person became a client only if that person agreed to it at the start of their relationship with us. Where only one person you introduced has paid us in a period, a statement necessarily shows that this person became a client; we tell every introduced person this when we ask for their consent.
8.3. You keep confidential any non-public information you learn through the programme.
9.1. We process your name, email, code, acceptance records, introductions and statements to run the programme, under our Privacy Policy (sections 4, 5 and 7).
9.2. For a person you introduce in advance we process the name and the contact detail you give us, send them one message explaining who we are and where their data came from, and delete the record if they do not contact us within 90 days.
9.3. We do not use programme data for marketing unless you subscribe separately.
10.1. You may leave at any time by email. We may suspend or end your participation with notice where these Terms or professional rules require it, or immediately in case of breach of section 05 or 06.
10.2. Amounts earned before the end are paid out under section 07.
10.3. We may change these Terms with 30 days' notice by email. Introductions recognised before the change stay under the version then in force.
11.1. We are liable only for direct damage caused by our intent or gross negligence. We give no guarantee that an introduced person will become a client.
11.2. You are liable for the truthfulness of what you say about us and for having the permission of the people whose details you pass on.
Bulgarian law applies. Complaints go first to [email protected]; disputes are heard by the competent court in Sofia.
