He advises clients at every stage of business development — from company incorporation to growth strategies and acquisitions. He has served as M&A counsel in a EUR 65 million deal in the mining sector. He performs GDPR compliance audits and serves as external DPO. A frequent speaker at events in the field of GDPR and employment law.

Atty. Dimitrova is a partner and co-founder of Innovires. Her practice covers commercial law, litigation, employment law, GDPR and legal due diligence. Her work is focused primarily on large Bulgarian and international corporations, including companies from the automotive and gaming sectors. She has served as lead M&A counsel in a EUR 65 million deal in the mining sector, as well as in acquisition procedures for leading companies. She advises clients on all aspects of corporate transactions, reorganisations and financial operations — from negotiation and document review to conducting due diligence and ensuring compliance with applicable Bulgarian and European legislation. She performs GDPR compliance audits and serves as external DPO.

Maria is a legal advisor with experience at several of the leading notary offices in the country. She currently oversees the corporate governance of Bulgarian and international companies. She specialises in corporate law, administrative procedures, tax law and immigration law. In addition to daily legal support for the firm's clients, Maria has significant experience in real estate transactions and notarial proceedings. She represents clients before state authorities and assists the attorneys on a daily basis. She has worked on several projects involving cross-border and international operations. She assists foreign clients with company registration, obtaining a tax identification number and VAT registration, as well as opening bank accounts.

Dimitar is a legal advisor at Innovires, specialising in corporate law, administrative procedures and regulatory compliance. He assists the firm's clients with company management, Trade Register changes and preparation of corporate documentation. He participates in due diligence projects and supports the team in drafting legal opinions. He represents clients before state and judicial authorities. He has experience in real estate transactions and administrative proceedings.
